The Consular section is open for all services Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.  No appointment is necessary.  When coming to the Embassy, please bring government-issued identification such as a U.S. or Chadian passport, driver’s license, etc.

American citizens needing emergency services after hours, on weekends or on holidays should call (235) 662-2100 or (235) 251-7009.
